I offer sessions designed specifically to achieve your individual goals using a combination of cardio and resistance training alongside a nutrition plan that is based on your current weight and levels of activity. I have a flexible approach which means I can work in your home or at the gym making it easier for you to slot these sessions in with your lifestyle and budget.

I use Kettlebells in all areas of personal training as these are an excellent tool to train the whole body for a wide variety of areas, power, strength, weight loss, muscle sculpting and fitness improvement. Discounts are available for block bookings of a months sessions paid in advance. Other discounts available for home personal training sessions or outdoor Personal training sessions or a mix of both.

Sessions cost £30 for 1 hour. Includes individual fitness and nutrition plan.

Small Group Sessions (4 people) mapzyeds-gm-aidan-meyer

This is ideal for those that cannot commit to a weekly class timetable or for those that cannot afford the cost of a one to one personal training but would like a little more attention paid to detail or would like to be pushed harder than the average exercise class using a mixture of different exercises for a Hiit style training or a small Pilates group or a group of 4 wanting to focus on core, abs, and bums. These sessions can take place in the home or outdoors.

Sessions cost £40 per group for 1 hour.

Kettlebell Hiit Classes

Suitable for both men and women and all levels of fitness, my classes are designed to provide a full body workout that is guaranteed to increase/ build your fitness and sculpt and strengthen your body. The exercises are excellent for core strengthening as the body is forced to fire up all of the small stabilising/supporting  muscles in order to keep stable.  Sessions last for 45 minutes and the last 15 minutes is focused purely on the core and stretching the muscles you will just been working.

I believe anything is possible and I take this attitude with me into my personal training sessions with my clients. I believe in 2nd and 3rd and 4th chances and many more..

I believe that when it comes to exercise age is not a barrier and we should not settle for second best but strive to keep making improvements and try new things and getting outside our comfort zone for at least a few hours a week.

I have always been enthusiastic and passionate about my own fitness and nutrition. Over the years I learned more and more until I took it one step further and studied to become a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. I began training with Kettlebells quite recently but was amazed at the results which inspired me to become a instructor and I integrate Kettlebells in one to one Personal Training. I am dedicated to achieving your goals and always give 100%.
