Schools ICT are an established traded service of North Yorkshire County Council with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality ICT support and development services to schools, academies and a growing number of other customers.
Your role will be varied and challenging. You will be responsible for delivering high quality ICT support chiefly on site but also by telephone and remote connection.
Your tasks will include hardware and software fault resolution and maintenance, support of local network infrastructure and Internet Services as well as providing technical advice and guidance to end users.
